As headcount grows, managing labor costs becomes complex. A single annual salary figure doesn't tell the full story — you need to factor in social insurance, income tax, take-home pay, and the employer's additional burden. This salary structure calculator takes each employee's annual salary and instantly computes monthly base pay, all four social insurance contributions, income tax, take-home pay, and total employer cost.
