Supported Contract Types
Regular Employee Contract
An indefinite-term employment contract with optional probation period. Monthly salary is standard, and enrollment in all 4 social insurance programs is mandatory.
Fixed-Term Contract
A contract with defined start and end dates. If the term exceeds 2 years, it may automatically convert to an indefinite-term contract under Korean law.
Part-Time (Hourly) Contract
An hourly-wage contract typically for short-term work. Workers who clock 15+ hours per week are entitled to weekly holiday pay and social insurance coverage.
Short-Hour Worker Contract
A contract for workers whose weekly hours are shorter than those of comparable full-time employees. The weekly contractual hours must be clearly specified.
