Key Features
Hire-Date-Based Auto Calculation
Enter each employee's hire date and the system automatically calculates their entitled leave days based on the 2018 Korean Labor Standards Act. Under 1 year (monthly accrual, max 11 days), 1+ years (15 days), and 3+ years (incremental increase up to 25 days) are all handled correctly.
Utilization Rate Visualization
Each employee's leave utilization is color-coded: green for 80%+, amber for 50-79%, and red for under 50%. This makes it easy to identify employees who may need encouragement to take time off.
Under-Utilizer Detection
Employees with a utilization rate below 50% are automatically counted as under-utilizers. This supports compliance with leave promotion requirements under the Korean Labor Standards Act.
